New Tools to Support Citrix Customer Advocates

Citrix customers have often asked for help promoting Citrix products and services within their organizations. In response, were pleased to announce the Customer Success center, a new section of the Citrix website dedicated to supporting Citrix customer advocates.

The Customer Success Center is packed with tools, tips, and other information to help Citrix customers promote Citrix products and services within their organizations. The center includes a searchable database of Citrix customer case studies and the Citrix Innovation Award videos which feature Citrix customers telling how they achieved dramatic results with a Citrix implementation. The center also features an overview of the Citrix Voice of the Customer reference program, and highlights resources from Simplicity is Power, the Citrix corporate brand awareness campaign.


Another exciting aspect of the Customer Success Center is the new resource, the Guide to Expanding your Citrix Success. This guide features a comprehensive set of tools to help Citrix advocates build a business case for Citrix. It includes talking points about Citrix benefits that customers can share with executive management, IT colleagues and users. It also features links so that you can read about what industry analysts and market research firms have to say about Citrix. The guide shows you how to overcome commonly heard objections to Citrix products, and how to demonstrate the ROI of a Citrix implementation. Thought leadership articles are also available to share with executives, as are high-level overviews of the Citrix products.
